ポンプ吐出時､液が出てくる通路とは別に､空気を取り入れる通路が開放される仕組みになっています。ポンプ作動を行うと､通路とは別のネジキャップとピストンの間からシリンダーの横穴までが導通となり､容器内部へ空気を導入します。吐出しない（ポンプ作動をしない）時は､ボトル内からの洩れを防ぐ為に､空気の通路は遮断されるようになっています（一部、遮断しないものもあります）。

標準品の納期は､基本的には1ヶ月をいただいております。
製品の種類によって異なりますが､バルブは2週間､ポンプ製品及びアクセサリーは1ヶ月を目指しております。

エアゾール缶商品で作動力に影響を及ぼす要因､決定する要因には､スプリングの力（荷重）とステムラバーの硬さ､それにエアゾール缶商品の内部圧力があります。ステムラバーの硬さと内部圧力の変更は難しいので､作動力の調整は主にスプリングの荷重を変更して対応することになります。弊社では一般バルブ用に荷重の異なるスプリングを用意しております。
バルブの種類や製品の種類によってはスプリングを変更できないものもございます。
又､作動力を軽くする目的でヒンジのついたテコ式ボタンもご用意しております。
ポンプ商品の作動力に影響を及ぼすものには､スプリング荷重の他に原液（内容液）の粘度とピストン弁の摺動抵抗､シリンダーの内径､吐出口などの流量抵抗（穴径）が関係します。

Factors affecting the spray load of pump products include the spring load, viscosity and sliding resistance of the content, the internal diameter of the cylinder, and the flow resistance of the jet nozzle (internal diameter). The change of the function load automatically leads to a change of the spray load for pump products. Although it is basically possible, there are limitations due to the viscosity of the contents.
