エアゾール缶商品で作動力に影響を及ぼす要因、決定する要因には、スプリングの力(荷重)とステムラバーの硬さ、それにエアゾール缶商品の内部圧力があります。ステムラバーの硬さと内部圧力の変更は難しいので、作動力の調整は主にスプリングの荷重を変更して対応することになります。弊社では一般バルブ用に荷重の異なるスプリングを用意しております。
バルブの種類や製品の種類によってはスプリングを変更できないものもございます。
又、作動力を軽くする目的でヒンジのついたテコ式ボタンもご用意しております。
ポンプ商品の作動力に影響を及ぼすものには、スプリング荷重の他に原液(内容液)の粘度とピストン弁の摺動抵抗、シリンダーの内径、吐出口などの流量抵抗(穴径)が関係します。

The change of the function load automatically leads to a change of the spray load for pump products. Although it is basically possible, there are limitations due to the viscosity of the contents.
