Mitani’s Core-System has been repeatedly updated since the start of system operation to meet customer’s demands for small-quantity production and variety of products, and we have a system in place that allows us to propose the most suitable solution from many combinations of newer and more advanced products.

ミタニのコアシステムの主力のひとつである、Z-1000シリーズでは「ポンプエンジン」と「スパウト・ネジキャップ」を別パーツにすることでバリエーションが拡充。さらに、0.5/0.7/1.0mlの吐出量とピストンシール（ポリエチレン/シリコンゴム/ニトリルゴム）を選択いただくことで内容処方に適切な吐出が可能となりました。
汎用性の高い24mmネジ口のボトルに適合するネジキャップにはローレットの有/無とCKシリーズの4タイプの金冠仕様（ゴールド/シルバー/マットゴールド/マットシルバー）も取り揃えたことで、標準パーツだけでスタンダード仕様から高級仕様までさまざまな製品へと対応ができます。
スパウトは6タイプをご用意し、新たにリーフタイプのデザインが登場。ブランドイメージやボトルデザインにあわせてお選びいただき、製品のイメージアップにお役に立てるように取り揃えております。
カラーに関しても、Z-1000コアシリーズだけではなく、その他のコアシリーズでも標準の21色のバリエーションの中から最小ロット1,000個よりお届けいたします。

In the Z-1000 series, one of the leading products of Mitani’s Core-System, the variation is expanded by making the “pump engine” and “spout and closure cap” into different components. In addition, 0.5/0.7/1.0 ml output volumes and a variety of piston sealing (PE/SI or NBR) are available to suit the contents.
For standard 24mm closre caps, you can choose between knurled or non-knurled versions and the four standard metal cover variations of the CK-Series (gold, silver, matte gold and matte silver).This enables a wide range of products from standard to high-end specifications with just the standard parts.
Six types of spouts are available, and a new leaf-type design has been released. You can choose one that matches your brand image and bottle design to help improve the image of your products.
Regarding colors, not only for the Z-1000 core series, but also for other core series, the MOQ is 1,000 units from the standard 21 color variations.

Piston Seal | シール弁材質の最適化で、よりストレスフリーに

The material of the sealing has been optimized for more stress free operation.

Z-500・700・1000コアシステムシリーズでは、原液の処方に合わせたシール弁材質を選ぶことができます。耐薬品性に優れた「樹脂（ポリエチレン）」、無臭が特長の「シリコンゴム」、他の材質よりも作動荷重が軽い「NBR（ニトリルゴム）」の3タイプから内容液に最適な弁材質を選ぶことで耐摩耗性も向上し、製品をより長く、よりストレスフリーにご使用いただけます。

For the Z-500, 700, and 1000 core system series, the sealing material can be selected to match the content. The sealing is available in three types of materials: PE with excellent chemical resistance, SI rubber with no odor, and NBR with a lighter action than other materials. Choosing the best sealing for your product will improve its wear resistance and ensure a longer, more stress-free use of your product.
